Who is eligible for this offer?
Any CompStak Exchange member who submits verified lease comp(s) between June 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026 is eligible.
What leases qualify?
Any Commercial Real Estate lease signed in 2026 qualifies for both phases of the promotion. All US markets - excluding New York City.
What's the difference between Phase 1 and Phase 2?
Phase 1 (June 1-19) rewards you with gift card value per verified comp - $2 for lease comp executed in 2026, $4 for lease comps executed in 60 days prior to submission, and $6 for lease comps executed in 30 days prior to submission. Phase 2 (June 20-30) rewards you with credit multipliers instead - 2× for lease comp executed in 2026, 3× for lease comps executed in 60 days prior to submission, and 5× for lease comps executed in 30 days prior to submission.
When does the offer expire?
The promotion runs through 11:59 PM Eastern Time on June 30, 2026. Submissions in flight at the cutoff still qualify as long as they were started before the deadline.
