Common questions about this offer
Who is eligible for this offer?
All U.S. CompStak Exchange members are eligible, including NYC-based users. Note that NYC lease comps are not eligible regardless of who submits them.
What leases qualify?
Comps must be unexpired active leases with an execution date of January 1, 2024 or later. All U.S. markets qualify - excluding New York City lease comps.
How does the stacking rate work?
Every qualifying comp earns a base rate based on execution year - $0.25 for 2024, $0.50 for 2025, and $1.00 for 2026. On top of that, 2026 leases can earn a +$1.00 specialty bonus (Industrial or Retail) and/or a +$2.00 primary lease bonus. The maximum payout per comp is $4.00.
When does the offer expire?
The promotion runs through 11:59 PM Eastern Time on August 10, 2026. Submissions in flight at the cutoff still qualify as long as they were started before the deadline.
Are there grand prizes?
Yes - two separate $1,000 grand prizes are available: one for the submitter with the most qualifying R60 versions (leases executed within 60 days of submission), and one for the submitter with the most specialty type leases (Industrial or Retail). Grand prizes are independent of the $500 per-submitter cap.
