Common questions about this offer
Who is eligible?
All U.S. CompStak Exchange users. NYC lease comps are not eligible regardless of who submits them.
Which leases qualify?
Unexpired, active leases executed within 365 days of your submission date. The recency tier is based on how recently the lease was executed.
What is the difference between a primary and an additional version?
A primary is the first accepted version of a comp. If another user has already submitted the same comp, your submission counts as an additional version and earns the lower rate for its recency tier.
How is recency measured?
By the number of days between the lease execution date and your submission date. Within 30 days is R30, 31 to 60 days is R60, and 61 to 365 days is R365.
When does the promotion end?
September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Comps submitted after that time do not qualify.

Payouts are tiered by recency: primary versions earn $6 (R30, executed within 30 days of submission), $5 (R60, executed 31 to 60 days before submission), or $3 (R365, executed 61 to 365 days before submission); additional versions of the same comp earn $3, $2, or $1 respectively. All submissions are subject to CompStak’s quality verification process, and CompStak’s determination of qualifying comps is final.
