Portfolios unlocks critical lease insights across multiple properties, allowing you to track, analyze, and benchmark property or portfolio performance. With Portfolios, you can:
- Analyze key leasing and performance metrics at a portfolio level
- Benchmark portfolios against competitors, the market, or a custom competitive set

Streamline your workflows with Folders by saving, refining, and managing relevant comps in one place
Folders is your new workflow tool for saving and managing property, lease, and sale comp sets directly within CompStak. Whether you’re underwriting multiple deals, tracking tenants, or building repeatable analyses, Folders allow you to centralize relevant comps, reduce duplicate searches, and streamline your workflow, all within the CompStak platform. You can also collaborate in Folders in real time, where your team members can:
- Comment directly within the Folder to keep all deal context and communication in one place
- Add or remove comps accordingly

Access broader market coverage with Limited Detail Comps
With Limited Detail Comps (LDCs), we’re now able to display important lease information as it enters our system so you don’t miss out on critical information while we’re crowdsourcing other lease details. LDCs are lease comps that don’t yet meet the full data requirements for a standard CompStak comp, but still contain valuable information like rent, tenant name, address, and square footage.

Identify stable retail assets with the Grocery Anchored filter
You can now filter retail properties by Grocery Anchored status directly in CompStak. This filter highlights shopping centers anchored by grocery tenants, a strong indicator of consistent foot traffic and tenant demand, helping you pinpoint high-performing retail assets for acquisition or valuation.

View a cleaner, more complete layout of every lease comp
The redesigned Lease Comps Detail View makes scanning and comparing deals easier than ever. With a cleaner layout and newly added property images, you can quickly get visual context and navigate between key deal details more efficiently.
While the interface has a fresh look, you’ll still get the same trusted lease data you rely on, including:
- Net Effective Rent, Free Rent, Concessions, TI, Lease Start & Expiration
- Verified deal terms sourced from professionals across the industry
- Granular comps to support underwriting, benchmarking, and market analysis
