Chartbuilder makes it easy to generate clear and compelling charts, whether you’re analyzing occupancy rates, free rent trends, or effective rents across markets and submarkets. 

With this intuitive tool, you can: 

• Export and share charts to support your analysis, research, and presentations.

• Auto-generate trendlines and bar charts using real-time and accurate leasing data. 

• Filter and customize your visualizations to focus on specific asset types – including Industrial, Retail, or Office, across different markets and timeframes.

What’s New in Chartbuilder?

1. Understand the data behind your charts

Every trend line and bar chart in Chartbuilder is backed by lease transaction details. With the new “Underlying Data” feature, you can now drill down into the specific lease comps that make up your charts.  

This added transparency means you can better understand past and upcoming trends, and the exact data behind them. 

2. Refine your analysis with the ability to include or exclude specific comps

We understand that not all data points may be relevant to your analysis, so you can now decide whether or not you want to include specific comps into your charts. This helps you refine your visualizations to be more precise in your analysis: 

• Review individual lease comps contributing to your charts.
• Exclude outliers that might distort overall trends.
• Customize your dataset to match your research focus and needs.
