You’re now able to build custom property reports based on CompStak’s granular data and instantly generate a robust PDF document to share more widely with your stakeholders. You can pick and choose whichever elements you would like to include in your report, such as the property’s competitive set, all or only active leases in the competitive set, submarkets trends, sales and loan information, and more! You can also further customize your cover page to include any client and preparer information, and add in any additional notes. 

Effortlessly find the right set of leases with Space Subtypes

Space Subtype allows for much more targeted lease results by enabling you to search for spaces that were leased for a specific usage. For example, if you are searching for medical office leases, applying the medical office Space Subtype filter will instantly generate only leases related to medical offices, compared to Property Subtype which provides mixed results when the property has mixed uses.

Use our suggested searches to explore the leases on trending nationwide searches. Clicking a suggested search will automatically apply its relevant filters and parameters to display the desired leases.
