We’ve introduced new updates to the platform to help streamline your CRE data search and analysis. 

Seamlessly view property details and financial standing in one place

With a brand new look and increased functionality, you can easily gain a full understanding of a property’s current and potential performance with:

• Property lease snapshot of real-time analytics on the property’s active leases on the CompStak database to provide a quick understanding of the property’s standing, such as average lease term, average in place rent, number of leases expiring in the next 12 months, and major tenants. 

• Detailed characteristics that are most relevant to the property type. For example, for industrial properties, characteristics will include fields such as property subtype, clear height, number of loading docks, and ground level doors.
  
• A customizable competitive set of similar properties based upon market rents and property characteristics. You can add or delete properties to customize your set even further.
  
• Leases in the competitive set highlighting critical lease details such as starting rent and concession trends.
  
• Submarket trends analytics and visualizations on rent trends in the property’s submarket along with the top 5 recent leases in the area.
  
• The subject property’s leases that include property details such as tenant name, space type, starting rent, and transaction dates. You can further narrow this list by using space type and lease status (all vs only active leases) filters.
  
• The subject property’s sale history with information including  sale date, total sale price, cap rate, and occupancy rate.
  
• Loan information on public record loans and CMBS loans provided by our partner Trepp.
• Transit data to understand transportation accessibility via  TransitScreen’s mobility scores.

You’re now able to build custom property reports based on CompStak’s granular data and instantly generate a robust PDF document to share more widely with your stakeholders. You can pick and choose whichever elements you would like to include in your report, such as the property’s competitive set, all or only active leases in the competitive set, submarkets trends, sales and loan information, and more! You can also further customize your cover page to include any client and preparer information, and add in any additional notes. 

Effortlessly find the right set of leases with Space Subtypes

Space Subtype allows for much more targeted lease results by enabling you to search for spaces that were leased for a specific usage. For example, if you are searching for medical office leases, applying the medical office Space Subtype filter will instantly generate only leases related to medical offices, compared to Property Subtype which provides mixed results when the property has mixed uses.

Instantly explore new data sets with suggested searches

Use our suggested searches to explore the leases on trending nationwide searches. Clicking a suggested search will automatically apply its relevant filters and parameters to display the desired leases.
