Product Update: New Platform Enhancements

We’ve added new functionalities to the CompStak platform to help you access the data you need, faster and more effectively.

Filter by APN and County

Filter by APN (Assessor’s Parcel Number) and County to further narrow your search and identify the exact parcel you’re interested in based on this standard unique identifier. The newly added APN and County filters are available across all three tabs – Leases, Sales, and Properties.

Customize columns with presets 

Tailor your results view for your desired asset type – Office, Industrial, or Retail. You can now quickly adjust your results view to see the most relevant attributes for your search.This allows you to quickly customize your columns based on the property type that matters most to you. You can also further customize the presets by selecting or deselecting any of the columns available to easily view and export your most relevant data. 

Search for filters more efficiently

Quickly find your desired filter with the new filter search bar. Simply type in the filter desired and select it by clicking on its checkbox.

Conduct multiple Tenant, Landlord, Buyer, or Lender searches at once 

Understanding tenant, landlord, buyer or lender presence has never been easier! You can now select multiple tenants, landlords, buyers, or lenders at once, and search across their relevant portfolios.

Select multiple markets directly from the map

You can now use the map to add any of our 105 US Markets to your search.  After opening the market filter, simply click on your desired markets to select them. You can also deselect them by clicking on them a second time.

Build your own Comp Set and view all related leases or sales 

You can build your competitive set in the properties tab, and quickly see all related leases or sales comps. Simply click “See Leases” or “See Sales” to navigate to each list. 

Receive alerts for selected property searches

Similar to Saved Search in the Leases and Sales tabs, you can now save a search on the Properties tab as well. This means that you can easily re-access previously saved property specific searches based on your custom filters, and also receive email alerts on their lease and sales history.
