Meet the Speakers
Victor Calanog is an experienced economist, strategist, thought leader, and public speaker; focused on the dynamics of the built environment and the economic landscape. Through all of his roles, Dr. Calanog led the creation and implementation of estimation and forecasting models for real estate markets; valuation and risk platforms for portfolio analytics; and served as a key spokesperson for clients, the industry, and media through thought leadership initiatives.
Michael Mandel is the Co-Founder and CEO of CompStak. Since launching CompStak in early 2012, Michael has helped navigate the company through tremendous growth, with over $80 million raised, hundreds of markets launched, and a 100+ person team. He has been named 30 Under 30 by Real Estate New York, and a Rising Star by The Real Deal.
