When you search for leases, sales or properties, you can now expect these new added features:

• Easily find the exact property you’re looking for regardless of the market selected: Directly find a property by searching its address or building name without having to select its specific market location.
  
• Further curate your search and save time with new property filters: In addition to our variety of existing filters, you can now search by building size, number of floors, and year built filters added to the leases and sales tabs.
  
• Seamlessly review comparable properties within CompStak’s competitive set: Directly navigate to a list of leases within the competitive set for a subject property with the new “Generate Related Comps” button.

• All your newly added data sets, in one place: Quickly get started with Analytics by easily adding newly created data sets to your drafts and seamlessly manage multiple charts without losing any data.
  
• Keep yourself organized: Our new Projects toggle allows you to quickly switch between current and prior projects so you never lose track of any of your charts.
