Comps must be unexpired, active leases. A lease executed within 30 days of your submission earns 5x credits. Within 60 days earns 3x credits. Any active lease executed in 2026 earns 2x credits.
Do I need to activate or opt in?
No. The promo runs automatically on every qualifying submission through the end of the quarter.
Is there a limit on how many credits I can earn?
No. There is no cap.
Do I earn gift cards under this promo?
No. Extra Credit pays in credits only. The Heat Check gift card promo closed September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
When does the promotion end?
September 30, 2026, the end of the quarter. Comps submitted after that date do not earn the multiplier.

NYC lease comps are eligible and there are no market exclusions. Qualifying comps must be unexpired, active leases.
